What your typical day will look like:

As an Art Director, you’ll partner closely with a cross-functional team to lead the visual execution of campaigns across all platforms. Your role is to craft and communicate compelling design ideas that elevate client brands, aligning with strategic and business objectives. You will take creative ownership of projects, guide junior team members, and collaborate with account and project management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

You’ll be a key player in pitching big ideas to clients, bringing them to life visually, and ensuring the work maintains a consistent, innovative standard across all touchpoints from digital and social to print, video, OOH or even more!

Core responsibilities include:

  • Interpret creative concepts into compelling visual solutions that align with the client’s brand identity and tone. Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual execution across all campaign elements.
  • Ensure that all creative output meets strategic objectives and enhances the client’s business impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management and Project Management to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery of projects.
  • Guide and mentor the design team, setting a high standard for creativity and execution.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and diverse design work.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and conceptualisation skills across multiple platforms (digital, print, video, experiential).
  • A strategic mindset with an ability to translate business goals into effective visual communication.
