Job Description:
As a Jr. Art Director at dentsu, you’ll step into a fast-moving portfolio where multiple campaigns run in parallel, timelines are tight, and expectations are high. The brief is simple: bring strong ideas, execute them with craft, and push the work to a standard you’re proud to put your name on.
You’ll partner closely with copy and report into senior creatives; but day-to-day, you’re expected to take ownership of the visual direction, push the work forward, and deliver without hand-holding. You’ll be expected to balance speed with creative quality, delivering work that not only moves fast, but holds up creatively.
If you’re ready to move from “good execution” to owning ideas that go live, this is where that shift happens.
