THE JOB:

As an Arena Ticketing Representative, you’ll help guests get access to the best shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all our incredible venues. From big arenas to intimate experiences, you'll be a key part of creating memorable moments.

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide friendly, polished service while selling tickets, assisting with guest questions, and keeping the energy high at rotating locations throughout our properties. THE STARTING RATE:  $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sell and process ticket orders, will-call requests and event products for shows and events at arenas, mid-size venues, and special events, while providing prompt and courteous guest service
• Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions regarding venues, special event services and amenities
• Support guests with mobile ticket app, ticket verification and cash/credit transactions
• Assist VIP guests, Artists, Promoters, Sponsors, and Executive guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred
• Detail oriented, takes initiative, flexible and able to multi-task
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
