What will you do:
After an intensive training on products, sectors, and our approach on F&B production, you will be responsible for the sales management in South Europe.
- Managing the Sales Budget of South Europe (Italy, Spain Greece and Portugal), with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth rates.
- Improving skills of the sales teams: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
- Managing the technical support, who´s answering on all types of technical questions related to our products.
- Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our customer service etc.; you will have P&L Responsibilities.
- You will report to the VP Field Sales F&B, and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies. You introduce new products, prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business, etc.
- Coaching and leading a team composed also by other managers.
- Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of F&B Industry (dairy, food protein, brew, beverage) or Industrial Industry
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8+ years working experience with leadership/managerial experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture
- Willingness to travel in the assigned region.
- Based in Spain or Italy region
- Previous experience in sales in B2B and matrix context.
- Previous value selling experience is considered a plus.
