Job Description:
This position is to handle HORECA through channel sales. To tap the new customers and to generate business opportunities and generate revenue.
Job Location: Lucknow

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 8 Years of experience
Technical Competencies:
Incumbent shall have experience in HoReCa in Distribution Channel, Modern trade, Key Accounts
Familiarity with Sales module in ERP (Oracle)
Non-technical Competencies
- Self-Starter & Go Getter
- Enable to design vision & strategic planning.
- Should be able to manage with very small & lean team size.
- Leadership Qualities
- A strong understanding of both the HoReCa and modern trade channels
Ability to creating strategic plans for achieving sales targets. - Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal insight, conflict resolution, customer orientation)
