Area Sales Manager – Janitorial Division
Field Based Role | Reports to: Sales Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Janitorial team. You’ll manage a regional client portfolio, grow new business, and provide expert advice on hygiene products and dispensing solutions.
What you’ll do:
· Achieve £4k+ new business sales per month and meet gross profit targets.
· Conduct face-to-face client meetings (4 per day, 4 days per week).
· Upsell and cross-sell across our full product range.
· Build pricing strategies and manage proposals to win new business.
· Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
· Promote safety, sustainability, and inclusion in all you do.
What we’re looking for:
· Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in hygiene, janitorial, or facilities.
· Confident presenting proposals and building strong client relationships.
· Adaptable, resilient, and driven to exceed targets.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
