We are seeking a result-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Job Description:
- Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets in assigned area
- Managing the sales team and sales activities within the company including interviewing new member of the team.
- Coaching and carrying out sales training with sales representatives and role-playing sales techniques.
- Reporting on progress towards sales KPI's (weekly field report).
- To collect the market competitor data in the responsible area as assigned.
- Set up sales targets and activity key performance indicators.
- Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives.
- Liaising with other departments within the company.
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
- Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.
- Networking with companies in the industry.
- Good communication both Thai and English.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable legal and compliance framework.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must have car and driving license.
- Flexible and be able to travel at all time.
- To build a good company image.
