Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within the designated territory.
* Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers Government hospitals, Corporations, Health reimbursement scheme managers of various state governments in the assigned region.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitive landscape, and stay abreast of industry trends.
* Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
* Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and closure of opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
* 5+ years of progressive experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management in Government business.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Government hospital purchase patterns, including key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and regulatory landscape.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.
