Pay range (depending on experience): starting at $70k base + an uncapped commission plan.

Territory/Location: Portland, OR
The Mission Healthcare Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for developing business plans and strategies to support the growth of their individual Account Managers (AM) and overall territory budgeted goals. The ASM will have the responsibility of managing their Account Managers and working collaboratively with their operations partners for the overall success of their agency. The ASM will utilize resources to deliver profitable growth while creating a culture of success and accountability. The ASM will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing Account Managers. Implementation of all new programs in their areas and service lines will be a major focus for the Area Sales Manager. Participation in sales training, sales and program development will also be required. Area Sales Mangers will be expected to be a resource for their division as well as Mission as a whole.
