Detail Job Responsibilities:
Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for Modern Trade Channel at designated area
Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, in store execution resulting of salesmen routine, promotion adherence, etc. Execute targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects within scope with prepared business plans. Implement standard of distributor sales process in order to maximize distributor efficiency.
Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for Modern Trade Channel at designated area.
Implement strict control of RVP at store level performed by distributors’ and 3rd party merchandising teams to match standard Picture of Success. Execute consumer activities (direct selling, events and activation) to match execution standards. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines: KPI/goal settings, morning briefing, daily/weekly/monthly reviews and all required reporting activities. Lead daily operational engagement with distributors.
Execute activities to support Go To Market initiatives for Modern Trade Channel at designated area.
Provide required information/references to build and pilot GTM platforms. Implement targeted GTM model(s) at distributors. Ensure compliance to all execution standards: workflows, merchandising, people, toolkits, training/ socialization, measurement and review process. Ensure sustainable execution and lead continuous improvements.
Ensure implementation of Modern Trade/Key Account strategy and achieve maximum Service Level
Implement standard Picture of Success linked to agreement with Key Account customers: assoGTMents, pricing, visibility/planograms, multi-touch points placement/path-to-purchase, promo activities, cross-category promo, consumer engagement, plus supply chain and finance related processes. Execute maximum control of product replenishment from DC to stores. Initiate/push for locally negotiated activities to support growth in full alignment with central MT/KA teams. Ensure alignment of internal supply chain processes to achieve maximum Service Level and TAT (Turn-Around-Time). Feedback central MT teams for required KA negotiations.
Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy for Modern Trade Channel at designated area.
Provide necessary information/tasks to support: distributor set-up, standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic business reviews, system and organization capability development, including termination of non-performing entities. Take part in Top-to-Top business reviews with distributors to align short/mid-term performance and key initiatives plus long term investment/capability development strategy.
Accountable of sales forecasts and service level from distributors to customers
Be strategic contributor to monthly S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) process. Take full accountability of forecasts by SKU, channel, distributor, area. Continue to provide weekly initial target versus actual receiving stock at related distributors for supply chain service level improvement
Manage, develop and lead distributor team for Modern Trade Channel at designated area.
Ensure quality of people recruitment at distributor. Ensure implementation of regular performance reviews and reward schemes, to feedback distributor management for discrepancy and monitor action standards. Coach/mentor team members to propel individual growth.
