As part of our regional sales team, you will collaborate with a wide network of B2B and B2C customers, building strong relationships directly in the field. The region is covering northern half of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Regija Unsko-Sanski Kanton, Regija Banja Luka, Prijedor, Doboj, Orašje, Jajce, Mrkonjić Grad, Brčko, Bijeljina, Zvornik, Gradačac, Gračanica). 

A significant part of your work will involve visiting authorized dealers, distributors, installers, architects, and investors—providing support, strengthening partnerships, and developing new business opportunities. You will closely collaborate with the other colleague in field, with colleagues from customer service and you will be reporting to manager in Serbia.

What You Will Do: 

  • Drive sales of VELUX products and solutions across the region and promoting our solutions to architects, installers, and investors, including follow up on key projects. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers, distributors, architects, investors, and recommended installers. 

  • Monitor stock levels at dealers and distributors, assess market demand, and report key insights. 

  • Ensure proper branding and product presentation at sales locations according to POS standards. 

  • Deliver product trainings to dealer and distributor teams and introduce new products through presentations, workshops, and promotional activities. 

  • Organize customer events, seminars, and professional workshops to strengthen regional brand presence. 

  • Provide basic technical guidance, product information, and support to end users and installation partners. 

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, market information, and field activities in the internal CRM system. 

Who we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for a large region. You should be reliable, well organized and able to make good decisions on your own, even when you don’t have colleagues around. You enjoy meeting customers, building genuine relationships and representing the company in a professional and approachable way. We value a proactive attitude, clear communication and the ability to follow things through to a dependable result. 

Moreover, you should have: 

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the construction industry or architecture (last 3 years minimum).  

  • Proven experience working directly with B2B clients.  

  • Fluency in Bosnian and good command of English (spoken and written).  

  • Place of residence ideally in or near Banja Luka. 

  • Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel in the region (4 days a week)  

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.  

  • Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and manage multiple stakeholders independently.  

  • Experience with a CRM system is an advantage.
