We’re seeking an outstanding individual to be our new Area Front Office Manager for our full-service Crowne Plaza Crystal City and Holiday Inn National Airport hotels, located in the heart of the Crystal City/National Landing neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia. The Area Front Office Manager role entails 95% front of house guest facing duties and 5% back office administrative duties.
As our new Area Front Office Manager, you will have complete responsibility for ensuring dynamic guest service and effective operations of the front desk. The position will require schedule flexibility, including PM, MID, and weekend coverage. You will use leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit and ensure quality. Effective management of assigned staff to ensure guest satisfaction, positive team member relations and achievement of overall financial results.
