Position Summary
You will lead commercial and team activities across a defined area in India to deliver measurable business results. You will work with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and internal partners to build trusted relationships and ensure high-quality engagement. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver an area business plan that meets local objectives and patient needs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, hospital teams and healthcare decision makers.
- Lead, coach and support field teams to achieve targets and grow professionally.
- Coordinate with medical, market access and marketing colleagues to align local activities.
- Collect and use market and customer insights to refine plans and give feedback.
- Monitor area performance, manage budgets and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field roles, territory management or sales.
- Experience managing teams or leading field activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the assigned area.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working with hospitals, specialty care or tertiary care providers.
- Background in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
- Experience collaborating with medical affairs, access or procurement teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into practical actions.
- Prior coaching or line management experience.
- Familiarity with virtual customer engagement and omnichannel approaches.
Working arrangement
This role is on-site with regular travel across the assigned area. Hybrid working options may be discussed based on business needs and local policy.
