Job Purpose
Responsible to lead and manage agency activities to achieve the allocated Agency Key Performance Index in area. In addition, also responsible to upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for high productivity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Activity Management:
1. Sales
- Conduct intensive monitoring to the leaders in order to achieve Maximum achievement
- Monitoring agency activities in order to make sure company Target achieve.
- Directs and supervises Agencies activities to ensure the delivery of the strategic sales and agency growth objectives.
2. Recruitment Event
- Provide Business Opportunity Presentation to the new Team, and assist AAJI matter and conduct new Agent training trough one on one, classroom.
- Assist agency leader to do Digital CX Responsible & Support agency leaders in several areas
3. Sales Training and Development
- To provide basic sales knowledge to new Agency team
- To co-ordinate with Training Dept. and implement training and development programs for further development of agency
- To promote and encourage agency members to attend programs as part of their self- development exercise through self-study etc
4. Administtative Difficulties
- To assist Agency members in difficult cases (Big Cases) both from New Business and Policy Owner Services to related department.
