Architecture Senior Advisor

The Architecture Senior Advisor is a senior technology expert who helps plan, design, and improve large computer systems. This role makes sure systems are secure, reliable, and able to grow with the business. The advisor works with business and technology teams to align technology solutions with company goals and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design large technology systems that are secure, reliable, and easy to maintain.
  • Create and maintain clear system plans, diagrams, and technical standards.
  • Guide technology teams on best practices, tools, and modern platforms such as cloud services.
  • Design scalable solutions, including cloud-based systems, APIs, and connected services.
  • Work with business partners to understand needs and turn them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure systems follow company standards, policies, and security guidelines.
  • Help improve system performance and reduce technical issues.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and engineers by sharing knowledge and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in technology, system design, software, or infrastructure.
  • At least 3+ years in a senior, lead, or advisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and databases.
  • Understanding of secure and scalable system design.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms.
  • Comfortable guiding teams and influencing technical decisions.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,600 - 231,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
