Salt Lake City Corporation has internship opportunities with our Public Services Department, Architecture and Construction Management (ACM) Division’s team! The Public Services ACM Division administers the design and procurement of construction projects in City-owned property outside of the public way, funded by the City’s Capital Improvement Program and City’s Department of Public Lands, Revenue bond, General Obligation bond, and other sources.
The interns will work with the “Architecture and Construction Management” group that focuses on design and construction administration of architecture projects and construction administration of landscape architecture projects for multiple departments within the City. The projects include various improvements to City facilities; public buildings; and City parks – all important areas of the City’s growing infrastructure that everyone uses. Typical tasks include support to project managers, designers, or inspectors during the construction season.
These internships come with the opportunity to learn and perform a wide range of project activities.
