About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital solutions, leveraging Sitecore (including Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore AI). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting web applications using .NET, React JS, Next.js, and modern cloud technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, security, and best practices in the systems you architect.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and development of Sitecore-based solutions(including Sitecore XM Cloud/Sitecore AI) for enterprise clients.
Drive overall technology strategy and design for high-traffic, scalable webplatforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robusttechnical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure best practices in code quality, security, reliability, performance, andscalability across solutions.
Develop and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize delivery and system effectiveness.
Participate in solution reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
Work with DevOps to streamline CI/CD processes, cloud deployment architecture(Azure/AWS/GCP), and automation.
Prepare architectural documentation, diagrams, and presentations forstakeholders.
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and architecting large-scale websolutions and digital platforms.
Strong experience with Sitecore, including Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore AI, andrelated Sitecore products.
Deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem and frameworks.
Advanced knowledge of React JS, Next.js, and modern front-end architectures.
Proven track record in architecting systems with a focus on scalability, reliability,performance, and security.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker,Kubernetes, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Sitecore Architect certification (preferred).
