Location: Warsaw – hybrid
Start date: The internship is set to begin on 1st of July 2026 for 10-12 weeks
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
What you’ll be doing:
Reviewing and allocating payments for EU entities to gain hands-on experience with financial transactions.
Reviewing daily bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
Preparing standard reports to support effective control and decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations in daily processing activities.
Handling queries regarding unidentified payments and developing problem‑solving skills.
Performing ad hoc tasks within accounts receivable to gain broad functional exposure.
What you need for success:
Basic finance and accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
Knowledge of English – written and oral
Flexibility and ability to handle change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation and willingness to learn and expand your career

Compensation:
