About the Opportunity:

Are you searching for a role where you can take the next step in your career? Join us as an AR Accountant supporting Epredia (part of PHC Group), where you’ll play a role in driving timely collections, supporting accurate reconciliations, and building strong, collaborative relationships with our customers.

Location: Warsaw – hybrid – 2 days per week on-site presence required.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

What you will do:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable collections including dunning, statement distribution, and contacting customers about past due balances.

  • Allocate customer payments accurately and resolve open line items or discrepancies.

  • Handle residuals, deductions, and necessary adjustments related to customer accounts.

  •  Perform billing variance reviews and monthly reconciliations for assigned revenue streams.

  • Communicate billing or collection issues to business partners and ensure compliance with internal controls.
     

What you need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and fluency in English.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting

  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including working with ERP systems and databases.

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • SAP Credit/Collections/Dispute Management experience as a plus.

Total Rewards:

The gross monthly base salary range for this position is PLN 6,700 – PLN  8,700. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
