Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit APU Quality Leader

Your challenges:

• Leading Quality assurance activities on defined production area
• Coordination of Quality Engineers Team
• Implementation of Quality standards on site according to group standards
• Leadership in problem solving activities, promoting logical thinking and speak with data mindset
• Customer claims management according to defined rules and timing
• Supporting APU Manager in reduction of line rejects / scrap costs
• Assuring change management and deviation management according to standards
• Promotion and Continuous improvement of quality mindset within the Team
• Representing organization during Customer Visits and Audits

Join our team if you have:

• Engineer degree in a technical area
• Min. 5 years of experience in Production Quality assurance in Automotive industry
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA,etc.) and Quality standards (IATF 16949)
• Fluent English language
• Rigorous, logic, reactivity, teamwork spirit, precision, multitasking ability, result orientation
