Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Primary Information Interface

  • Act as the main communication link between the fabrication team and upstream/downstream customers.

  • Manage Product Setup and Flow

  • Track collateral items and communicate wafer shipping to post-fab customers.

  • Create and update product codes in internal systems.

  • Set up lot flows and initiate NPI checklists for each module.

  • Launch silicon and monitor progress through setup, power-on, and engineering samples until first production.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.

  • Knowledge of key product and process development milestones.

  • Proven experience managing NPI builds in a factory environment and driving capacity execution efficiency.

  • Quick learner with the ability to track issues and drive closure across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Drive Process Improvements

  • Develop and implement new NPI systems and business processes. Address and resolve issues identified during NPI reflection reviews.

Preferred Skills

  • Process Integration: Expertise in integrating packaging processes with overall product manufacturing workflows.

  • Package Design: Ability to design packaging solutions that meet product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.

  • Knowledge of key product and process development milestones.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education:

    • BS degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience in engineering fundamentals, OR

    • Master’s degree in the same fields with 3+ years of experience.
