Job Description
The Factory Systems Group within Substrate and Wafer Assembly (SWA) is looking for a Factory Systems Support Tech (FSS) on a SH8 compressed work week schedule (CWW that mimics SH6) to join the organization that is responsible for developing advancements in substrate and die embedding manufacturing technology.
Responsibilities include but not limited to, APO route creation and adjustments, APO Instructions insertion, whitepaper support, supplied starts, along with specification and whitepaper creation, as needed. These activities help enable the sustaining of low volume production by performing factory transactions and fulfilling Integration related requests.
The Factory Systems Support Tech (FSS) team is a customer-centered team that executes with high quality and in a timely manner when responding to both proactive and tactical issues that arise for their Integration, Module Engineering and Manufacturing Operations partners, to minimize any disruptions to lots' movement.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree STEM related to semi. Mfg (MET)/STEM (operator) with 4+ years technical engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
BS SEM related to Semi Mfg (MET) / BS STEM (operator) with 2 years engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Workstream transactions, ASPIRE APO system and knowledge of the Substrate's full process flow.

- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced while multitasking, team environment
- Strong communication skills and capable of effectively leading meetings

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $60,450.00-116,640.00 USD (Hourly Role)
