Are you an experienced and motivated APRN with a passion for specialty care?

We’re looking for a Clinical Specialty Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to partner with a collaborative team of specialty physicians and healthcare professionals, providing high-level care to a targeted patient population.

In this advanced clinical role, you’ll be a trusted expert and a go-to resource—offering specialized assessments, guiding treatment plans, and even performing select diagnostic or interventional procedures under physician supervision. Your skills will shape outcomes. Your leadership will inspire others. Your care will make a difference.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Provide direct, expert care in collaboration with specialty physicians and care teams

Serve as a clinical leader in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex health conditions

Perform advanced assessments and contribute to treatment planning

Execute diagnostic and/or interventional procedures within your scope, under physician oversight

Promote evidence-based practices and support continuous quality improvement

🎓 What You’ll Bring

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program

Current RN license in the state of Missouri

Completion and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Specialty certification as required by the Missouri State Board of Nursing

Valid Collaborative Practice Arrangement with our organization

BCLS and ACLS certification (must be maintained if required by department)

Proven clinical expertise in your specialty

3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in the specialty area

Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of direct Clinical Specialty experience

Advanced training or education in disease diagnosis and management related to your specialty
