Principais responsabilidades:

• Apoiar e impulsionar iniciativas que promovam uma jornada positiva para todos os colaboradores, desde o onboarding até o desenvolvimento contínuo;
• Colaborar no desenho, implementação e melhoria contínua de programas de experiência do colaborador, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho positivo, desenvolvedor e engajador;
• Atuar no processo de integração de novos colaboradores, garantindo uma experiência acolhedora e eficiente;
• Apoiar a aplicação e análise de pesquisas de engajamento, contribuir para programas de reconhecimento e colaborar na elaboração de planos de ação com base no feedback dos colaboradores;
• Participar da criação e divulgação de conteúdos, eventos e campanhas internas que reforcem os valores da Haleon e fortaleçam as ações e processos de RH.

 

Por que VOCÊ?

Suas qualificações:

• 18 a 22 anos de idade;
• Ensino Médio completo;
• Desejável cursando ensino superior;
• Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office com foco em Excel;
• Interesse em iniciar carreira na área de Recursos Humanos;
• Disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida no nosso escritório na Barra da Tijuca.
