About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We're looking for a sharp, strategic operator to join the Apps Product Marketing (PMM) team in a newly created role that sits at the intersection of AI innovation and operational excellence. This person will be our resident AI effectiveness expert and the architect of how we scale and systematize the way we work.
If you geek out on process, love experimenting with AI, and get energized by turning chaos into clarity — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
AI Strategy & Effectiveness
Serve as the AI Point of Contact (POC) for the Apps PMM team, representing us in cross-marketing AI alignment discussions
Evaluate how other marketing teams are leveraging AI and proactively bring the best ideas to Apps PMM for consideration
Share what the Apps PMM team is doing with AI across the broader marketing organization
Take early-stage AI experiments within the team and translate them into defined, repeatable processes
Own analytics and reporting related to AI adoption and effectiveness — measuring what's working and what's not
Stay ahead of the curve on AI tools, trends, and best practices relevant to product marketing
Operations & Playbook Development (Apps Hub)
Design and build the Apps PMM Hub — a central resource that documents how we run every core process on the team
Partner with relevant teams to create playbooks for all key workflows, ensuring new and existing team members can operate with clarity and consistency
Define and operationalize our customer marketing and advocacy program
Partner closely with the Apps PMM team leads to capture institutional knowledge and turn it into scalable assets
What We're Looking For
Experience in product marketing, marketing operations, or a related strategic operations role
Experience driving AI adoption and building team capability through hands-on training and enablement.
A genuine passion for AI and how it can transform the way marketing teams work
Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable with data and can turn insights into action
A natural systems thinker who loves building structure and clarity from the ground up
Excellent cross-functional collaborator who can represent the team externally and bring the outside in
Strong written communication skills — you'll be creating documentation and playbooks that others rely on
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
