Vous travaillerez au sein du Service Front Office – Administration du produit, qui est en charge de structurer, harmoniser et maintenir l’ensemble des outils et supports liés aux produits, afin de garantir des informations fiables, accessibles et cohérentes pour les équipes internes et les clients.

Au quotidien, vos missions principales sont les suivantes : 

1. Finaliser l’ouverture du Gen3 Peak

Piloter le projet Gen3 Peak et finaliser le projet implémentation du Gen3 Peak dans l’env. eLog EMEA et SEB Robohelp.

2. Créer Outil d’aide codage / analyse eLog

Fiabiliser et harmoniser la méthode de codage des projets eLog en lien avec le référentiel Document Engineering / ARAS, ainsi que l’analyse d’impact des modifications.

Extraire, structurer et modéliser les données eLog dans une logique d’amélioration de l’ergonomie et de la simplicité d’utilisation du codage.

3. Créer Outil support pour recherche information

L’objectif est de fluidifier la recherche d’information dans notre SharePoint sur l’ensemble des documents mis à disposition (TLD / SEB / ODF / Code DEV) via chat bot ou Agent IA.

4. Mettre en place des outils support FO

Analyse des pertes ( temps / efficacités/ qualité) au sein du FO et proposer des solutions techniques.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : 

  • Vous souhaitez réaliser un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 dans le domaine du marketing digital

  • Vous avez de l'expérience en entreprise (apprentissage, stage)

  • La créativité, la rigueur et l’esprit d'analyse font parties de vos caractéristiques

  • Vous maitrisez l'ensemble du Pack Office (Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint, PowerPoint…) ainsi que l'agent IA Copilote
