Apprenticeship - Vendor Management

Responsibilities:

  • Support and review on vendor onboarding process in daily basis

  • Update and maintain database vendor in system regularly

  • Provide periodically report on each progress

  • Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, SMEs, business users) and 3rd parties to complete the process

  • Support other project / ad hoc task list to support Vendor Management team

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate/Final year student (there is no thesis to complete or campus activity to attend, except graduation)

  • Willing to do WFO (3x a week or as company decision) on Prudential Tower, Setiabudi, South Jakarta

  • Committed to do 6 months internship period

  • Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel (intermediate level), Power Point, Word)

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written will be an advantage)

  • Has an ability to present for reporting of progress status and data analysis will be an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail
