Responsibilities:
Support and review on vendor onboarding process in daily basis
Update and maintain database vendor in system regularly
Provide periodically report on each progress
Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, SMEs, business users) and 3rd parties to complete the process
Support other project / ad hoc task list to support Vendor Management team
Requirements:
Fresh graduate/Final year student (there is no thesis to complete or campus activity to attend, except graduation)
Willing to do WFO (3x a week or as company decision) on Prudential Tower, Setiabudi, South Jakarta
Committed to do 6 months internship period
Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel (intermediate level), Power Point, Word)
Fluent in English (both spoken and written will be an advantage)
Has an ability to present for reporting of progress status and data analysis will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail
