Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing training materials for the OPEX program.
• Support coordination and documentation of training sessions and workshops.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support continuous improvement of OPEX Academy.
• Draft internal communications, including articles and updates related to Operational Excellence.
• Help organize and maintain content libraries for OPEX learning resources.
Requirements:
• Strong administrative, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good written communication skills, especially in crafting clear and engaging articles.
• Interest in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or corporate training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms is a plus.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting from 1st week of January 2026, with potential for extension.
