Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives in Prudential Indonesia, such as in-house trainings, modules, certifications, and seminars/webinars.
Support and initiate culture and engagement company-wide projects
Requirements:
Minimum GPA of 3.0 from a reputable university, currently having maximum of 1 day of classes if still an active student. Preferably, those that are already in thesis-phase (no active classes), or even fresh graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft office tools
Able to create visual designs (such as posters and flyers), minimum using Canva
Experience in handling events, at least at the campus level
Active participation in campus organizations (minimum internal campus involvement)
Ability to speak and write in English at a conversational level
Attention to detail, initiative, and proactive
Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period
