Apprenticeship - Health Sales Enablement Support

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and compile reports

  • Assist for events

  • Assist in creating simple e-flyers

  • Prepare winner data lists

  • Assist in setting up meetings

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Public Health, Design, etc.)

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly preferred.

  • Comfortable interacting with insurance agents and other stakeholders. Should be confident in face-to-face and virtual meetings.

  • Capable of preparing timely and structured reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across teams with attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates strong administrative capabilities and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Has basic design skills and is familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Desygner, or Adobe Illustrator/InDesign to support simple visual content creation (e.g., flyers, brochures, social media posts).

  • Able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Willing to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
