Main responsibilities:

• Support us with the maintenance of the SharePoint quality cluster and contribute to the growth of various functional knowledge management channels, including the CPO channel, training summaries and related resources
• Participate in the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SharePoint platform and web-TV
• Collaborate to format and lay out meeting minutes, Q&A documents, memos, and newsletters for publication across the company's official channels, ensuring consistency and professional presentation
• Take par with subject matter experts in designing surveys, collecting feedback, and producing structured summaries on clinical operations topics
• Contribute to the update and optimization of playbooks and operational documents to ensure accuracy and relevance

About you
 

• Soft and technical skills: curiosity, creativity, initiative spirit. Knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Education: Master’s degree level in pharmacy or biology
• Languages: English fluency

Principales responsabilités :

• Soutenir la maintenance du cluster qualité SharePoint et contribuer à la croissance de divers canaux de gestion des connaissances fonctionnels, y compris le canal CPO, les résumés de formation et les ressources associées
• Participer à la mise en œuvre, à la maintenance continue et à l’amélioration continue de la plateforme SharePoint et de la web-TV
• Prendre part à la mise en forme et l’organisation des procès-verbaux de réunion, les documents Q&R, les notes de service et les bulletins d’information à publier sur les canaux officiels de l’entreprise
• Accompagner la prise en charge des experts du domaine dans la conception d’enquêtes, la collecte de retours et la production de résumés structurés sur des sujets liés aux opérations cliniques
• Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l’optimisation des guides de références et des documents opérationnels afin d’en garantir l’exactitude et la pertinence

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : curiosité, créativité, esprit d’initiative. Maîtrise du Pack Office et connaissances de l’industrie pharmaceutique.
• Éducation : bac+5 en pharmacie ou biologie
• Langues : anglais courant
