Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled: « Engineering Strategy & Transversal Integration Apprentice (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus India located in Bengaluru. You will join the "Strategy & Transversal Integration" department in charge of Methods & Tools Digital Products [IIEZPD] (or) Methods & Tools Physical products [IIEZPP] (or) Systems Engineering & Model Based Systems Engineering Acceleration [IIEZA] (or) Aircraft Configuration Management [IIEZC].

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [July/2026] (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. (if applicable)

Your main missions will consist of :

• Understanding the organizational Processes operated within the department in order to support deployment of Improvements to streamline Business Operations

• Capture the Business needs in order to develop basic Digital solutions for Automation, Data analytics or Dashboards etc.,

• Explore emerging technologies such as AI/ML/UQ&M in order to support operations by creating for Proof of Concept or Value

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• A deeper understanding of Organizational Processes and the mechanisms to streamline them 

• An Overview of Business Operations and appropriate measures to establish operational prudence

• Ability to explore, identify and build Digital solutions with the relevant frameworks

• A business perspective of emerging Technologies and the opportunity to deploy them in creating Business Value

Eligibility Criteria:

• You are a Fresh Graduate (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.) with specialization in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology.

• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

- High proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), especially Slides, Sheets, and Docs.

- Object Oriented Programming concepts with a basic knowledge in programming languages like Python, Angular, Javascript etc.

- Fundamental understanding of Statistics, Data Analytics & Data Structures

- Knowledge of database technologies with an Introduction to AWS / GCP / Azure Cloud is a plus

- Experience with project tracking tools is a plus.
 

- Soft Skills :

- Proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Keen interest in corporate change management, internal communications, or project management. Must be a collaborative team player.

- Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

- Very good analytical and reasoning skills

- Language skills :

- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
