We are seeking a versatile, self-motivated individual who will be a member of the Client Coverage Group’s (CCG) Global Distribution Analytics team who provides data insights for effective decision making. Candidates should possess effective interpersonal communication skills and be able to articulate clearly their ideas. Candidates should be inquisitive and able to work well with individuals across various departments. Candidates should have strong time management skills.
The individual will be responsible for requirement-gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming and structuring data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions and supporting decision-making. Candidates should have strong communication skills as individuals will be liaising and sharing the work with different stakeholders. Candidate will also need a good eye for details as he/she will be working with a lot of data and information that requires accuracy.

What you will be responsible for:
As a member of the Client Coverage Group’s (CCG) Global Distribution Analytics team, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in data analytics, reporting, and business support within a global distribution environment.
Analyzing and interpreting data to generate clear, actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
Supporting the ownership of discrete reports, dashboards, and analytics projects under guidance from senior team members.
Collecting, cleaning, validating, and aggregating data from multiple sources to improve data quality and insight accuracy.
Creating, maintaining, and enhancing recurring and ad-hoc reports using Salesforce (sales CRM) and Excel.
Assisting in the development of dashboards and visualizations to track key sales and distribution metrics.
Responding to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from global distribution team members and leadership in a timely manner.
Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics outputs.
Performing basic data quality checks and flagging inconsistencies or gaps to senior team members.
Continuously learning and becoming proficient in Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, and analytics best practices.
Contributing to team initiatives aimed at improving reporting efficiency, automation, and standardization.

Interest in the Asset Management industry and global financial markets.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
