Who we are looking for:

Candidate with 0- 1 Year Experience or Fresher. Candidate will be joining State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) India Finance Team. This team is supporting SSGA Business Units by providing management reporting requirements and Pricing support. The Finance team is based out of our India – Bengaluru office and supports global operations. Candidate will be responsible for supporting all data gathering for various financial analysis to senior management.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA). SSGA FP&A engages with SSGA CFO’s providing financial/management reporting requirements. The Finance team is based out of our India office and operates at a truly global level. Through ground-breaking technology tools, the finance team synthesizes data and present results with appropriate business insight/context in writing and orally to senior management and global stakeholders.

What you will be responsible for:

  • High level of responsibility and ownership from inception through to implementation of reporting environment.
  • High level of personal commitment to each task, a can do attitude and a drive to deliver.
  • Deliver timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources.
  • Understand client operations and organization to ensure that service delivery model is aligned.
  • Participate in standards definition meetings & quality assurance peer reviews.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Support quarterly model building procedures.
  • Gather and Transform data files for modelling structure.
  • Support wider FPnA teams with their data requests on Pricing and re-pricing events.
