Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities:

  • Supports update of the weekly group sales reporting for monitoring of regular Sales Forecast vs S&OP Plan, Budget and Billing & Backlog by Region/Key Account, Customer, BU, Product Line etc.

  • Shares monthly S&OP Forecast with Sites as basis for Financial Planning

  • Supports update of monthly Sales Flash report as prelim information on periodic Sales achievement

  • Supports monitoring of annual Sales Budget process

  • Supports updating group costs for new products

  • Supports the BI Platform implementation

  • Performs consistency of Sales reporting data via reconciliation checks between various reporting systems in use (HFM, MDP/DVP, SAP, QAD, GDR)

  • Checks and correct customer or product master data inconsistencies with Master Data team

  • Conducts ad hoc analysis as required

Qualification:

  • Entry level experience in Controlling, Sales support or similar field

  • Enrolled in a Master's OR Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and Power BI is desirable

  • Knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles is a plus

  • Analytical mindset and good communication skills

  • Fluent in English & French
