Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled: « Apprentice - Rewards & Benefits » has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the Human Resources department in charge of Total Rewards.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [July/2026] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of:

  • Market Benchmarking: Assisting in mapping internal roles to external market data to ensure salary competitiveness.

  • Benefits Administration: Supporting day-to-day enrollment processes and acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding health plans and perks.

  • Data Integrity & Auditing: Ensuring 100% accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS) regarding employee records, job codes, and pay structures.

  • Program & Wellness Support: Coordinating annual "Open Enrollment" cycles and assisting in the launch of employee well-being events and recognition programs.
     

Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional objectives and develop your skills.
 

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

  • Foundational Rewards Knowledge: A deep dive into the "Science of Pay" and the "Art of Benefits."

  • HR Analytics: Hands-on experience with data patterns and market analysis.

  • Project Management: Ownership of key initiatives such as benefits audits or wellness fairs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh Graduate: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent degree is a plus).

  • Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are welcome).

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.
     

You possess the following competences:

  • Technical skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in data.

    • Understanding of data confidentiality and discretion.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills to explain complex information simply.

    • High level of integrity and discretion.

    • Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Language skills:

    • English: Advanced / Fluent
