Job Purpose:
Operation of assigned line/manufacturing suit/work center or production equipment including ancillaries with implementation of safety. Quality SOPs Operator standard works and instructions and deliver targeted production output as per schedule in shift operations on 6 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete and verify the daily operational setup on the designated line, production work center, or manufacturing suite and operate in accordance with the relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established GMP/EHS standards.
Carry out independent maintenance, including technical and first-touch troubleshooting, on designated lines and equipment, including ancillaries.
Maintain 5S in the designated area responsibly. Maintain line cleanliness and hygiene while performing GMP cleaning and washing of equipment and areas.
In compliance with site SOPs, promptly report all quality/safety deviations, incidents, events, near misses, problems, and issues.
Attend Tire-1 (Line level performance management meeting) and use established KPIs to monitor the hourly board.
Complete all line clearance and product changeover procedures in accordance with the designated line's production plan.
Find ways to reduce production breakdown, waste (both hazardous and non-hazardous), and quality defects (deviations, BDEs).
As required by law and corporate guidelines, adhere to and guarantee compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality, and other relevant policies, guidelines, and requirements.

Requirements:
DAE or Equivalent Technical Education after Matriculation in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics
Technical understanding of Manufacturing Equipment.
Production technical processes and flow in healthcare consumer/pharma or equivalent will be preferred
Updated CV clearly mentioning your Date of Birth, Field of Study/Specialization, Year of Completion, Final Marks/Percentage in Matric and DAE, and City of Residence.
