Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « Apprentice- HR Commercial & Customer Services » has just opened at Airbus India located in Delhi, India You will join the HR department in charge of One Roof. 

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in 1st July 2026 (date subject to flexibility).


 

Your main missions will consist of :

1. Strategic Onboarding & Cultural Induction

  • Experience Design: Use creativity to reinvent our onboarding journey. Move beyond checklists to create "wow" moments for new hires.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Facilitate high-energy induction sessions that serve as the first touchpoint for our employer brand.

  • Continuous Improvement: Audit the 30-60-90 day experience, using feedback to iterate and improve retention.

2. Special Projects: I&D, Talent, & Engagement

  • Inclusion & Diversity (I&D): Research and launch creative initiatives that move I&D from "policy" to "practice" within the business units.

  • Talent Development: Partner with the Sr. HRBL to design bespoke development programs, identifying skill gaps and creative ways to bridge them.

  • Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to execute engagement calendars that aren't just "events," but meaningful culture-shifters.

3. Data Analytics & Predictive Modeling

  • Workforce Intelligence: Analyze workforce strength, attrition trends, and productivity metrics.

  • Pattern Prediction: Use data to forecast future talent needs and identify potential flight risks before they happen.

  • Dashboarding: Maintain high-level HR dashboards that provide "at-a-glance" health checks for the leadership team.

4. Executive Communication & Presentation

  • The "Story" Behind the Data: Translate complex workforce analytics into clear, visually stunning executive presentations (PPT, Canva, or interactive dashboards).

  • Leadership Interaction: Present insights and project updates directly to senior stakeholders, demonstrating high levels of professional presence and "executive voice."

  • Creative Comms: Draft internal communications that are engaging, punchy, and aligned with our corporate identity.


 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

Strategic Business Partnering: Moving from administrative HR to becoming a "strategic advisor" by aligning people initiatives with business P&L and growth goals.

Data Storytelling & Predictive Analytics: Learning to go beyond reporting numbers to predicting workforce trends (attrition, hiring gaps) and presenting them as actionable business insights.

Executive Presence: Mastering the art of high-stakes communication, learning how to pitch complex ideas and "Special Projects" to C-suite and senior stakeholders.

End-to-End Experience Design: Applying Design Thinking to the employee lifecycle—specifically reinventing onboarding and engagement to drive retention.

Change Management: Navigating the complexities of implementing I&D and Talent Development programs across diverse business units.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are a Fresh Graduate (Post Graduate) in 2025-2026

  • Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

Advanced Excel/Sheets and a mastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.). 

Gemini / AI tools
 

- Soft Skills :

-Creative Strategist. You don't just follow a process; you look for ways to make it better, faster, and more engaging. 

- Executive Presence. Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively to Senior Leaders. 

Strong ability to interpret data patterns and turn them into actionable business recommendations. 

  • Agility: Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design Thinking: Applying a human-centric approach to HR problem-solving.

  • Influence: The ability to gain buy-in for new ideas across different levels of the organization.
