Your day to day

As an Apprentice, you would be working on

• Gather relevant information from customers and partners to support ongoing projects.
• Submit and track ticket requests for new numbers, devices, and number portability using internal systems.
• Respond to partner inquiries related to active projects and provide timely updates.
• Communicate customer and partner needs clearly to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project documentation and reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

As a Apprentice, your background will look like: 

• An interest in learning and developing skills within project management or operations.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner.
• Comfort working collaboratively in a team environment.
