Position Overview:

Performs duties necessary to maintain the physical structure in good cosmetic appearance, interior and exterior Hospital.

Job Description:

EDUCATION

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

• Other: Appropriate trade / technical/ vocational training is essential.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

• Experience: Journeyman carpenter.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Requires a good working knowledge of all products and substances used to maintain the facility.

• Must have a good working understanding of the materials safety data sheets and maintain a current list of products.

• Knowledge of all associative products is required.

• Ability to work on his or her own without more than normal supervision.

Pay Range is $47.61 to $69.59 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
