The Team: S&P Credit Solutions is a distinct business line within S&P Global Market Intelligence and is fully dedicated to the commercial distribution of the ratings intellectual property of S&P Global Ratings. It distributes credit ratings and related data, analytics and research via direct data feeds, desktop platforms and web-based portals. Credit Solutions team in HYD is part of Credit & Risk Solutions and provides support to S&P Global Ratings products across all platforms.

The Impact: As a part of Credit Solutions team, the candidate would ensure strong understanding of ratings products. The role offers multiple opportunities to collaborate with various internal stakeholders from product management, technology, commercial, content, operations and client services etc. thereby maximizing exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving client queries on various ratings dataset related products and platforms (desktop and feeds).
  • Pro-active monitoring of ratings products on platforms & feeds and sending notifications to internal clients.
  • Prepare reports for ratings products and customize reports for ad-hoc requests.
  • Closely work with client services team and product management for multiple ratings products.
  • Validate quotes/opportunities to facilitate the enhanced RX Pricing Governance Process.
  • Identify, recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of the process.
  • Quick in decision making while dealing with client issues.
  • Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams around the globe in delivering superior service to our customers.

                                                                                                                                       

  • Testing of new features, functionalities or enhancements introduced during the technology releases. 

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent qualification in Finance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of capital markets and fixed income markets.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools and SQL is an added advantage.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Willingness to provide festival holidays and weekend support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
