At Pernod Ricard a large array of distilleries, wineries, museums & family homes showcasing the history and heritage of our brands and delivering experiences are called Brand Homes. Open to the public or by invitation only, our 33 Brand Homes welcome more than 1 Million visitors per year and are located in the countries of their brand’s origin.
Job scope:
In direct and strict relation with Pernod Ricard Global Brand Homes director, this position is focused on managing Brand Homes transversal projects as well as contributing to BH business growth strategy for global portfolio aligned with group ambition and target. To support the coordination of global and transversal initiatives, the role is central to ensuring alignment, smooth execution, and effective collaboration across functions, while supporting senior management in driving Brand Homes priorities.
Role & resps:
- Project Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate and manage global Brand Homes projects and related budgets, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment, follow-up, and timely delivery of transversal initiatives across regions
- Business Development & Innovation
- Collaborate on new business opportunities (digital initiatives, cross-business projects, Tech…)
- Support quantitative and qualitative measurement of initiatives and pilots
- Performance & Financial Monitoring
- Participate in the tracking, and reporting of global business KPIs
- Coordinate robust business monitoring with Finance teams
- Contribute to the standardization and consolidation of business performance tracking
- Network & Community Building
- Facilitate sharing of best practices, identification of latent business needs, and competitor benchmarking
- Connect business stakeholders globally to foster collaboration and inspiration
- Strategy, Guidelines & Tools
- Contribute to the development of business guidelines, toolkits, and frameworks to support the rollout of the Brand Homes strategy on key topics
Qualifications:
- Master 2 level of Business / Project Management
- Languages: Fluent English & French
Skills
- Technical : Solid knowledge in project management
- IT: Excellent knowledge of complete Pack Office as well as familiarity with Digital tool and Social Nets
- Soft skills :
- Interest for Hospitality as well as travel/tourism industry
