Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate analytical instruments such as SEM, FESEM, Ion Milling and other sample preparation units as per standard operating procedures.

  • Ability to work on EDS,EBSD and other Scientific products.

  • Perform routine checks, basic calibration, and routine checkup of the instruments.

  • Prepare, mount, and handle samples carefully to ensure high-quality results.

  • Maintain detailed operational logs and data records for all instrument runs.

  • Support demonstrations or trials under supervision of Sales Engineer.

  • Ensure proper cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance in the lab.

  • Assist in troubleshooting basic operational issues and coordinate with service engineers when needed.

  • Follow equipment manuals, SOPs, and lab safety guidelines strictly.

  • Manage scheduling and availability of instruments for internal or customer use.

  • Assisting the sales team with technical aspects of sales, including presentations, demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.

  • Offering technical assistance to customers during the sales process and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

  • Effectively and clearly communicate with HTIN Office to ensure timely resolution of queries.

  • Support all the cases of Authorized Distributors of the Hitachi High-Tech India and other region.

  • Collaborative individual who easily adjusts to new circumstances and offers valuable suggestions.

  • Willingness to travel within India as well as outside India as per work requirements (Travelling 10 t0 15%)

  • Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain consistency.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as operator in government or private organization.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher degree in electronic engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
