Job scope/summary:

Part of Global Services and Solutions organization, the MPS Solution Center has the charter to support MPS Global Business from a pre-sales perspective. Applied Programming Specialist are on the lead of those opportunities.

A Service Specialist is supporting large and complex print services opportunities with cross market and worldwide scope. This involves critical responsibilities like assembly of the deal team resources and utilization, interface between Sales/Pursuit/Delivery/Functions, support of critical bid execution phases, monitoring of the bid process execution and compliance.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Create awareness of Managed Print Services offerings

• Assess customer’s business and technical needs and challenges related to their printing environment. Articulate Value proposition and identify additional grow area (upsell, opportunity expansion)

• Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using HPI portfolio components, third party components, delivery requirements validation and offer negotiation.

• Architects an appropriate end-to-end solution to meet the customer's business and technical requirements while remaining price competitive. Adapts solution design to evolving requirements until closing phase.

• Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, risk plan, proposal, customer presentation and contractual documents.

• Coordinate cross-HP functions to ensure execution of Solutions initiatives within targeted accounts.

• Coordinate execution to meet Sales team Turn-around-Time and win rate to secure Engagement’s success.

• Advances opportunities using effective consultative selling techniques and builds customer loyalty acting as a trusted advisor.

• Maintains excellent communications with customer’s executive management and actively drives deal closing.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• High-school education

• Experience in service sales for business is recommended. Experience in other HP group companies is a significant advantage

Other requirements:

• Fluent English – no certificate required

• Fluent in French, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Portuguese, Hindi, or Chinese – no certificate required

Основната роля на специалист приложно програмиране, като част от организацията за глобални услуги и решения, е да подпомага/движи създаването и предоставяне на MPS услуги. Ролята е свързана с подпомагане на глобалнни и локални екипи при разработването на нови/съществуващи бизнес възможности при доставянето на MPS услуги.

Ролята включва критични отговорности като сглобяване и използване на ресурсите на екипа за дадената бизнес възможност, както и директна работа с екипи от други отдели (Продажби, Доставка, Услуги), поддръжка на критични фази на изпълнение на офертите, наблюдение на изпълнението на процеса по офериране и е в съответствие с изискванията на клиента и НР.

Специфики на работата/отговорности

• Създаване на осведоменост по предложенията за доставка на услуги за MPS проекти

• Оценяване на  бизнес и техническите нужди на клиента, свързани с тяхната MPS среда

• Презентиране на разработеното предложение за MPS услуга, както и идентифициране на допълнителни възможности за допълнителни услуги, които НР може да предложи на клиента

• Разработване/Програмиране дизайна на услугите и решенията, които ще бъдат доставяни на крайни НР клиенти като се използват компоненти от портфолиото на НР, компоненти на външни за НР доставчици и договаряне на оферти.

• Разработва подходящо решение от край до край, за да отговори на бизнес и техническите изисквания на клиента, като същевременно се постига конкурентна цена. Адаптира дизайна на решението към развиващите се изисквания на MPS бизнеса.

• Документиране на сделки, разходи, ценообразуване, рисков план, предложение, представяне на клиента и договорни документи.

• Координиране на вътрешни за НР функции, за да гарантиране изпълнението на услугите в рамките на съставеното предложение.

• Координиране на изпълнението, спрямо заложените дати, от страна на крайният за НР.

• Разширяване на обхвата на предоставяните услуги използвайки ефективни консултативни техники за продажба и изгражда лоялност към клиентите, действайки като доверен съветник.

• Поддържа отлична комуникация с изпълнителния мениджмънт на клиента и активно участва при финализирането на сделки.
