On our team, you'll translate your customers’ software needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective software architecture, code, and development processes. You’ll use the latest software engineering best practices to design effective software systems. Your technical expertise will be vital as you create mission-focused systems for Booz Allen clients.

You Have:
5+ years of experience as a team lead of full-stack software development teams of 5+ people
5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban
5+ years of experience using task management software, such as Jira
3+ years of experience with Java Spring
2+ years of experience with front-end frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue
2+ years of experience with using AWS services, such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, or SNS
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Nice If You Have:
Experience with large-scale Relational Databases
Experience with Angular
Experience with C# and .NET
Experience with OCI
Experience with large-scale text indexes
Experience with Oracle Database
Professional Cloud Computing Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
