Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience on RPA - BluePrism
- Perform size and effort estimation for development
- Set up the BP development and Production environment
- Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
- Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle
Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. - Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using RPA-BluePrism
- Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
- Support UTA and go-live roll out
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing automations for optimal performance
- Handle Change management with respect to RPA deliveries
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Min RPA experience – 3+ years
- Experience of end-to-end delivery of processes on Blueprism (Certification - desirable)
- Proven Competency in agile and lean software development.
- Experience of working(spying) with a variety of applications – Web, windows, mainframe and Citrix etc.,
- Strong knowledge of process analysis, workflow design, and automation development
- Experience of working with Database and API integration with Blue Prism
- Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cloud-based automation environments (Azure/AWS)
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines
- Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
