As an Application Support Specialist reporting to Sr. Director - Systems Operations you'll play a critical role in operating and evolving Nasdaq Nordic post-trade systems. You'll ensure stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our platforms while working closely with technical owners and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incidents end-to-end, including participation in on-call rotations for major incidents and planned operational activities.
Deploy releases and manage configuration and change activities across environments to ensure seamless operations.
Act as a subject-matter expert for application behavior, integrations, and operational questions.
Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
Collaborate with technical owners and cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements and support business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar technical role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of IBM MQ (essential for this position).
Proficiency working in Linux and Windows environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear, professional communication in English.
Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SWIFT-related systems or integrations.
Scripting or programming skills, with understanding of enterprise networking, virtualization, and security best practices.
Relevant professional certifications (ITIL, IBM MQ, SWIFT, Agile).
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
