Whether it's optimizing legacy systems or implementing cutting-edge technologies, you'll continuously grow your technical expertise while shaping RBC's wealth technology future.

We value proactive team members who take initiative, bring fresh perspectives, and aren't afraid to push boundaries. If you're energized by autonomy, thrive in collaborative settings, and want to work on meaningful enterprise initiatives—this is your opportunity.

  • Actively engage with development teams and business partners, taking ownership of understanding business requirements and proactively evaluating and recommending technical solutions within an agile environment
  • Build strong working relationships by taking initiative in communication and collaboration, demonstrating reliability and ownership across all assigned projects and stakeholder interactions
  • Take charge of your own development by proactively seeking organizational knowledge across business operations, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure through mentoring, self-directed learning, and hands-on experience
  • Proactively pursue technical growth and skill development by actively seeking feedback from senior team members, implementing guidance, and taking ownership of your capability expansion
  • Take responsibility for on-call rotation and after-hours support, demonstrating commitment to business continuity while developing problem-solving skills with senior team member support when needed

  • Familiarity with banking or financial services operations that accelerates understanding of business context and demonstrates initiative to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Interest in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, showing proactive commitment to continuous learning about modern development ecosystems and willingness to expand technical capabilities
