Application Support Analyst
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for the delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on complex technology systems within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department.
How you will make an impact:
Provide production on‑call support including nights and weekends to ensure application availability and stability.
Support production releases, network, infrastructure and vendor maintenance activities
Analyze complex change requests and identify required system and code enhancements.
Reduce technical debt to improve application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Design, develop, and maintain medium‑ to large‑scale enterprise applications and architectures.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, network, security, and performance issues.
Partner with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline and application infrastructure changes
Develop, execute, and validate system and unit tests; remediate defects and support regression testing.
Coordinate with cross‑functional IT teams to support successful implementation and ongoing operations.
Create low‑level designs and architecture diagrams and recommend technical improvements.
Identify risks and issues across projects and applications and drive resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language or multi business application; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
5+ years of API microservices development & management experience using Node & APIGEE
5+ years of experience with AWS cloud, SQL & NoSQL Databases
3+ Experience in performance tuning, CI/CD pipeline, splunk, datadog & monitoring tools, caching tools & databases.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect is preferred
