Location: The candidate must live in or around the West Wisconsin, Twin Cities – Minneapolis/St. Paul. This position will have about 30% overnight travel depending on where the applicant lives.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Upper Mid-West region. This is your chance to work with a global leader in tooling solutions and help shape the future of the machining industry.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As an Application Specialist, you’ll be supporting the Sales Engineers in the region to deliver tailored solutions to the customers, and driving business growth. You’ll:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver the full Coromant product and service offering
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
• Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining, CAM programming and tooling applications
• Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements

🧠 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong interpersonal skills:

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM Programming, and cutting tools
• Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 30% overnight)
